There is a wide array of clubs and organizations on campus to choose from they are geared toward a specific interest, affiliation or career path, and all are open to interested students.
Citizen Consumer club is to enable students understand fundamental rights of a citizen and make them realize and learn the fundamental duties of a good citizen and to make them aware of laws enacted for protection / welfare of consumers and enforcement authorities concerned. This club is to inject knowledge and skills relating to consumer rights among our college students and to impart knowledge on product standards, product quality and about markets. The club is bringing awareness and realization about duties and responsibilities as Citizens of India.
• To reach-out to the public, far and near, to educate them regarding their rights and responsibilities as consumers.

The club offers a platform and opportunity to not just discuss book, but to exchange ideas and much more. The objective is to open up as many windows of imagination possible for a student. It seeks to address the problems of reading being confined to a prescription. Readers at the club however, have the liberty to pick up any book to discuss it. This fits into the larger scheme of education, which should be a liberating experience, not a confining and constraining one. The only prescription at the book reading club is to read the book, be it a classic or a contemporary one. It could be English Novels, Short stories, Novella and Essays. Ancient Indian art and the latest development in the world of Literature.

An Electoral Literacy Club is a platform to engage students through interesting activities and hands-on experience to sensitise them on their electoral rights and familiarise them with the electoral process of registration and voting. ELCs are also present in colleges and rural communities. At ELCs, learning meets fun. Activities and Games are designed to stimulate and motivate students provoking them to think and ask questions. Through ELC, Election Commission of India, aims at strengthening the culture of electoral participation among young and future voters.

In the ELCs, members will be part of interesting and thought-provoking, mostly classroom based activities and games. There are around 25 such activities and 6 games which have been carefully designed to impart specific learning which will help them become an ‘Empowered (Prospective) Voter’.
● The main objective of ELC is to promote awareness of ‘Right to vote’ among students, faculty members and community at large.
● To enable critical thinking on issues related to election rights, democracies and its processes.
● ELC works to educate the future voters about enrolment, and other electoral process like EVM/VVPAT.

Women Empowerment and Gender Equality are the most important requirements for the upliftment and progress of our nation. The cell has both the faculty and students of the college as its members and works with an aim to create a gender sensitized community within campus as well as in the society. The moral ethical forum provides value based educations through various awareness and campaign sessions. The aim of the forum develops the students to become responsible citizen.
The Youth Red Cross (YRC) is the most important constituent of its mother organization, Indian Red Cross. It is group movement organized at the initial stages for struggle between 18 and 25 years of age within the colleges.
Youth Red Cross Unit members are the builders of the nation who take part in bringing the very Motto of Red Cross that is “SERVICE TO SOCIETY”.
The aim of the club is to create awareness about cyber crime activities.
Quiz Club offers a distinctive and engaging platform to our students and to make them to participate in various intercollegiate quiz tournaments at the state and national levels. The club frequently conducts the quiz competitions in the college at departmental levels in order to sharpen the quizzing talents. By fostering a learning and healthy competitive environment among the students, Quiz Club recognizes and celebrates their accomplishments.
The college anti-drug cell has been constituted to ensure a drug- free campus by imposing a total ban on the possession or consumption or use of drugs and alcohol by students of the college, within or outside the campus. The duties of the anti-drugs club include organizing awareness programmes in the college with the help of Excise Department. Educating the students about the illeffects of drugs and alcohol, encouraging peer policing among students against the use of drugs and reporting of any noticed use of drugs by the students to the student’s affairs committee are also the duties of the anti-drugs cell.
Photography is a wonderful hobby and has proved to be very popular among the students. This club focuses on taking and collecting fine photographic shots and participating in photographic competitions. Students can also learn many of the technicalities involved in digital as well as film based photography. The club aims to create the opportunities for planning photography adventures or discussing the art form with like-minded friends.
Ragging has caused countless innocent lives and impacts the standard of higher education.
Ragging is banned in the campus and anyone found guilty of ragging and/or helping ragging is liable to be punished as it is criminal offence.
Punishment should be expulsion from the institution and /or imprisonment up to three years and /or fine ranging between Rs.25,000/- and Rs.1,00,000/-.

Better interaction between various institutions and industry is the need of the hour. This will have great bearing on the Science and Commerce Curriculum, exposure of industrial atmosphere to Arts and Science students and subsequent placement of young graduating students in industries across the country.
The Industry-Institute Partnership Centre (IIPC) of the institute is a dedicated to promote the close interaction of industry and various departments of the institute. IIPC prepares arts and science students for jobs in multinational companies, by exposing them to newer technologies in their methodologies. This bridges the gap between industry and the academic institute.
